We recently worked with The Perfect Knot for our wedding events. Thank you to Clarence, Shubham, Saumita, Zankhana and the team that assisted with the events on the day. We were very impressed with their decor execution, particularly for the Mehendi and Wedding ceremonies. The Mehendi's goti soda cart, gifting table, mirror, and couple's seating were fantastic. The hard stage was a great decision! The Sangeet entrance decor was lovely, and the Reception's chandeliers and candle wall added elegance. The Phera decor was a dream – the entrance, pathway, and Mandap were stunning and our favourite. Clarence also perfectly coordinated our DJs. However, the Reception's table centrepieces and runners felt basic, and the lighting was harsh, impacting photos and ambience. The seating chart placement was inconvenient. Music during the Pheras was poorly managed, first too loud and then missing entrance cues for the bride and varmala. The welcome board design process was tedious, requiring significant input from us. The sparkler mishap was disappointing due to coordination and dampness issues. Our main feedback is regarding communication and preparation. While the team was calm, responses were often slow, and finalising details took longer than expected, causing us stress. We felt more proactive communication and earlier finalisation of details would have improved our experience. Overall, Clarence and his team at The Perfect Knot excel at creating beautiful decor, which our guests loved. We recommend them for their design skills, day of logistics, and relaxed attitude but advise future couples to maintain open and frequent communication throughout the planning process to ensure timely execution and avoid last-minute stress.
