I recently had the pleasure of staying at Storii by ITC Hotels, Shanti Morada, and it was an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully designed with an intimate boutique charm. My room was spacious, tastefully appointed, and featured a generously sized bathroom that added to the overall comfort. The location is ideal — tranquil yet conveniently placed for exploring nearby beaches and local cafés.The pool and jacuzzi pool were excellent spaces to unwind, and the food throughout my stay was consistently well-prepared and enjoyable. I also visited the spa and was particularly impressed by the masseuse, whose skill and technique made the session deeply restorative.What truly sets this property apart is the personalised service. The staff were warm, attentive, and remarkably prompt. A special mention must go to Mr. Arpit Bhoa, the General Manager, whose gracious presence and proactive assistance added a thoughtful touch to the entire stay. His leadership clearly reflects in the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.Overall, it was a stay that combined comfort, elegance, and genuine care. Highly recommended.

There is kindness as a service and then there is kindness from the heart and I am grateful to say that each of the professionals working at this establishment truly epitomise kindness from the heart; within hospitality. Please don’t let the intimate and quaint nature of the property deceive you for that is one of its biggest strengths. It allows the staff to give you personalised care and attention during your stay at the property. I had specially booked a surprise stay with Storii by ITC at Shanti Morada for my parents’ wedding anniversary and not for a second were my parents not made to feel like they weren’t celebrating their special day with family. Special recommendation to manager Arpit who ensured my humble requests for the parents were well taken care of; the housekeeping staff; chef Narendra for the most scrumptious food and interesting conversations and the wonderful team working in their spa. The property has amazing character and you will feel like you have been transported back in time to a historical and cultural era which is something my parents thoroughly appreciated through the small artefacts tastefully preserved and the property’s stately architecture. We will be coming to back to celebrate more of our special occasions and milestones at the property in Goa. Thank you for having us.

We live in the US and were on vacation in India this summer (June 2025). While planning our cruise trip from Goa, I was searching for a hotel that could offer my kids and parents a traditional, vintage Indian experience. That’s when I came across ITC Shanti Morada—and though I booked it with some mixed feelings, I’m so glad I did!From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, everything was simply out of this world. The hotel’s traditional setup, vintage charm, warm and welcoming staff, serene ambience, spacious rooms, impeccable service, and delicious food—all exceeded our expectations.We were a family group of nine, and every single one of us left with wonderful memories. Thank you, ITC Shanti Morada, for making our stay so special. This will definitely be our go-to destination whenever we visit Goa again! 🌸

Went based on reviews; property is old & maintained in ethnic style; rooms are spacious, but lack adequate storage almirah (old styled ones does not offer proper storage) hospitality & staff are good; breakfast is good but limited spread and overall menu has not much to offer for vegetarians; their high tea offerings in the evenings is nice; overall, if someone is looking for typical old ethnic property - this does not disappoint..
