in the last weekExtremely terrible. I was in Jaipur for a few hours and decided to visit them for a meal. I had my meal at Steam, outside the main reception area. We were waiting near the entrance and were going up to just sit in the reception till the car came. I was looking at booking the property in my next visit so wanted to have a look.The guard feels like everyone visiting the property is a tress passer and refused to even let us in. We stood out for nearly 20 minutes but they had no decency to properly apologise or even offer us a resolution.You need to first understand why someone is visiting before treating them like a random tresspasserI’ve been a loyalist at Taj since years but this is the worst experience you could subject someone to. Wouldn’t recommend anyone hosting an event here because you never know who they’ll end up asking to wait outside!
