The Lagoona Resort

Not much Water in bathrooms and , no power backup. Food is ok. Room service is good.

"People sitting at the Reservation office in Mumbai have a lot of air about themselves. They behave arrogant, superior & snobbish. They have no patience to discuss or talk on phone. I wanted to book 3 rooms for 31st Dec & had some queries regarding their New year package. The untrained assistants don't have all the answers & hence speak in an irritating tone & their manager is a VIP... who has no time to talk. They want people to simply do the booking with the rates & details offered without any discussion. Finally, when I called on manager's number, he disconnect calls & doesn't even call back. Tells his juniors to call back who talk in a haughty, callous manner without any humility in their tone, & address you as 'Hey'. God knows how they’re in hospitality business. And, later, only after reading my rating & review, the manager called to say sorry (perhaps, bcoz the owner must've told him to do so).

We have gone for wedding on 1412/2025 to 15/12/2025 the resort is very nice rooms were clean and tidy only minus point is the wedding which was in backside ground is far from rooms and u have climb down and up staircase which are very steep elderly persons can't over all experience was ok but the catering was ok food was not so good according to wedding it was getting cold due to distance between kitchen and ground where wedding was performed

is there any mosque near your resort as i am going to visit with my 80 staff members on friday ?
