The décor was not at all how it was promised. The cake table setup was completely different from what was shown, and the lights with my daughter’s name didn’t work at all. When I raised the issue, they only offered a ₹500 discount but the problem wasn’t the money, it was about not delivering what was committed.Mr. Raj’s (Owner) rude and unprofessional behaviour made the experience even worse, yet we still paid the amount they asked for. If such a simple first birthday décor can’t be handled properly, I can’t imagine how they’d manage bigger events. Please be cautious and confirm everything in advance before booking. Better to give it to some else who is a professional.Would have give zero star but there isnt an option.Reply & Update:- I also have photos which shows that the name lights working on battery didn’t lit up at all… it not about the money… it is the last minute unnecessary stress and in the manner Mr Raj spoke to us… which is not expected from a person who didn’t do the deco as promised mainly about the cake table … I can too share photos of what’s app conversation where in the cake table was finalised , which was of much higher height and the one was given was totally opposite. Further speaking rudely is not done when it was your mistake… This review is not misleading at all it is the truth

We had our baby birthday shoot with creative touch events.Excellent work by the team. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. Decoration is upto the mark. Very much recommended. Thankyou..!!!

Firstly, picture is shown of a close up set up of the decor. Which, honestly they did fine. But what appalled is is the location of the setup that were directly facing the restaurant. The whole point of a beach side setup is that it faces the sea. Restaurant daff were staring throughout so forget about privacy! There was no co-operation from the Creative Touch team to fix it. The second disappointment and lack of honesty was to tell us that we can order from other restaurants and on reaching there were were given stale horrible food from Tom's restaurant. The worst food ever! Vaibhavi, instead of apologizing or making amends, she reminds me of final payment, even though her locally present team had spoken to me and the payment was immediately done. Their responsibility was to send the birthday cake at midnight but they just didn't care and forgot about it. Overall, a disgusting experience and not worth 10000!! Vaibhavi &team shouldn't be in the hospitality industry and this lack of honesty reflects on their brand experience. Very disappointed
