a week agoI just checked out from this resort and had a very bad experience with both the service and the rooms. I had booked a standard room, but the service was extremely poor. They did not clean the room morning. When I returned from visiting the old city, I was shocked to see the room in the exact same condition. I complained to the staff but no one responded or took any action.I had booked the resort for 3 nights and 4 days, but I checked out after staying only 1 night and 2 days due to health issues. I asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights, but they refunded me for only one night.Regarding location: The resort is situated in an area where you don’t get any public transportation like taxis or autos. If you want a taxi or auto, they charge almost three times the normal rate. The resort also does not take any responsibility for arranging transportation for their guests. So, if you plan to book this resort, make sure you have your own vehicle.Regarding food at resort: The available food is not good as we expected.Overall, I have bad experience with the resort.

a week ago“The resort offered a smooth check‑in experience The room was spacious, with clean linen, comfortable mattress and all basic amenities like Wi‑Fi, TV working properly. The bathroom was hygienic, and adequate toiletries and towels. Food quality was good, Facilities such as the swimming pool and other recreational areas were in proper working condition. Overall, staff behaviour was polite.
