Everything about this place is wonderful.. rooms - beautiful and well managed, service- all the staff members are very courteous and very helpful. Ms. Deeksha, Mausami, Rajveer, Chef virendra.. all were wonderful and very helpful. Climate control pool and the staff for fitness area were also very friendly. Surely look forward to visit Jaipur again especially for Maan Mahal.

Rooms were initially doused with an ‘air freshener’ that made me nauseous. We had to switch rooms. Something in this new room is making me congested but I don’t think we can spend more time dealing with this. When a crazy uber driver was sending me weird messages, I asked the security at the gate not to let him in and gave them his license plate number. They did let him in and let him harass me. When I tried to explain this to the manager, it took three tries and half an hour as he victim-blamed me and told me I should have used their expensive hotel cars instead. The food is mediocre. The people working here will not listen and communicate at all. They randomly show up and ask if they can clean now while you are getting ready, instead of waiting for you to put the sign on the door. They are trying to now force us to pay an extra RS. 5000 per person to join in their Diwali festivities—forced fun. It is definitely not worth the money or the energy to be here.
