The Shah’s hired our services from London and after many Skype meetings we finally met them in person a few days before the wedding. Akashi, the bride, wanted her festivities to be true to traditions and with a gathering of close friends and family. For her sangeet, she wanted us to ensure that there would be a whole lot of dancing and that we hire the services of an outstanding DJ and Anchor to keep the crowd entertained. We chose the outdoor pool lawn at Eskay resort in Borivali for the sangeet as it was close it the wedding venue.
Our brief was to transform the pool lawn at Eskay Resort into an amazing experience for their guests. As soon guests walked up the entrance they were wowed by the extra long blue light passage measuring more than 100 metres in length.
The tablescape drew on floral elements, silver candelabras and pretty vanilla candles. Our amazing floral team created a gorgeous cherry blossom wish tree for guests to write their wishes for the lovely couple. Our clients wanted a lovely entry for the bride and groom where the guests should be involved as well. We arranged for a chariot, where guests held helium balloons and party crackers and cheered the couple as they made their grand entry.
A massive thanks to all the amazing wedding makers involved in making this a fun sangeet-
