Welcome back girls! We at My Wedding Planning blog try our best to feature the most drool-worthy and inspiring weddings that have taken place recently. And today we have a fabulous treat for you in the form of Nidhi and Rohit’s beautiful Mumbai wedding at MCA club. When we saw this wedding by Amruta Karnik of The Bride’s Diary, we knew it must be featured on MWP. A black and white brunch party a day before the big day followed by an elegant wedding at Mumbai Cricket Association Club- this wedding really captures for me the fun, colour and the effervescent romance of Indian weddings. This is what beautiful weddings are all about- a gorgeous couple, a heartfelt ceremony, a laid-back reception, and of course the most stunning couple portraits. Check out this lovely wedding from Amruta Karnik of The Bride’s Diary!
If you follow my blog closely you would know that I’m a die-hard fan of pink lehengas which I find to be the loveliest colour to brighten weddings year round. And when a bride wears a pastel pink lehenga and combines it with such gorgeous gold jewelry- it leaves me completely smitten and swooning at every image! Nidhi works as a Visual Merchandiser so its no surprise that she perfected her bridal look with elan! Absolutely loved her matha-patti and nath combined with her statement necklaces.
Girls, have a look at all the images from Nidhi and Rohit’s wedding captured tastefully by The Bride’s Diary. We are in love!!!
Amruta Karnik of The Bride’s Diary manages some amazing shots of Bride Nidhi as she gets ready to walk down the aisle. Isn’t she a vision to behold as she decks up from head to toe? She surely looks like a regal princess waiting to marry her prince charming! Since Nidhi is a Maharashtrian and Rohit is a Gujurati, the couple decided to have their wedding as per Arya Samaj traditions which is a fusion of both their cultures.
Amruta Karnik, the wonderful photographer behind this wedding says.” By far, Nidhi and Rohit have been the coolest couple we’ve worked with. In our first meeting itself, we had developed a connection and more than an assignment we felt like we were covering a friend’s wedding. Both of them are wonderful people at heart and total rockstar’s at posing for pictures, it came naturally for them and we din’t have to put in much effort to ask them pose for their couple portraiture. ”
And the images below are surely proof!
Here’s wishing this good-looking couple a happy future ahead! We sincerely thank The Bride’s Diary for sharing this wonderful wedding with our readers!
